For those who need a little helping hand to get back on the court, field , road or workplace. Strapping is typically a short term solution to help you kick goals whatever your aim is. Strapping helps support the injured structure so it may rest and heal.
Injuries can be strapped a variety of ways. Namely Rigid, K tape or elastic tape. Rigid tape is too stabilise a joint. Rigid taping is common to use on sports people, we also use this for sever low back pain. K tape works slightly different to rigid tape and should be applied diffreently. Elastic taping is more for soft tissue injuries and generally applied to get through a match with a soft tissue injury.
